Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read the following as they apply to all purchases made via our web site.

Contract Of Sale
We strive to ensure that all pricing and details are correct, however mistakes occasionally occur. In these cases Origin Artworks Ltd shall only be held liable for the refund of monies paid in respect of the order.

Please note all prices displayed and any transactions will be in GBP.

Delivery
Delivery is charged at £15per canvas ordered and has full insurance cover whilst in transit. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the Canvas is in perfect condition upon receipt of delivery. Should the purchaser be unhappy with the condition they should refuse the delivery from the courier. If this is the case then please email Origin Artworks Ltd to notify of the situation.

Product Variance
Due to monitor settings, colour and appearance may vary slightly from their screen appearance.

Returns
Origin Artworks Ltd hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We are unable to accept returns unless prior authority has been given by Origin Artworks Ltd and the customer has provided a reasonable reason for return. Any returns should be brought to the attention of Origin Artworks Ltd within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted unless returned in original packaging and it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return.

Cancellation
The customer reserves the right to cancel canvas artwork orders within 3 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel please ensure you contact Origin Artworks Ltd within this 3 day period. Any money that has been received will then be refunded. No monies will be refunded if the customer cancels after the 3 day period.

Copyright and Licensing
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights remain with the Origin Artworks Ltd. Please contact us for further information on licensing work or purchasing copyright. Should you have further questions please do not hesitate in contacting us.
